  1. install the guestdesk extension in chrome
  2. click "create your hotel account" and verify your email
  3. sign in at indianfrro.gov.in and open form c → add
  4. hit "fetch from frro page" — your property is created & verified
  5. come back here to pick your layout, auto top-up and rooms
